I really like how you did his eyes. The shading around them gives him more character! I also like the nose, I think you did the shading on the face really well. I can never do highlights properly, especially on skin, but you made them look really natural! The same goes for the lips. ^^
The hair has some cool coloring and shading stuff going on that I like but it also look a bit clumpy? I have the same problem with drawing hair, though, so I can't give much advice... I like what you did with the hair around his left (viewer's right) ear by putting in more strands, so maybe apply that to the rest of his hair?
